CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellation Policy:

* In case of cancellation 24 hours before dispatch, a full refund will be made for your Order.
** If our courier partner cannot deliver your Order because the Delivery PIN code is not in a serviceable area or for reasons beyond our control, we will cancel your Order and provide a full refund.
**In case of Order cancellation after dispatch, no refund can be given.

Refund Policy:

We attempt to maintain the highest quality standards, but in the case of fresh fruits, due to the perishable nature of the product, there might be times when you may receive the fruit in spoiled/damaged condition. Spoilage/damage usually occurs during transit.
Despite our best efforts, due to the inherent character of the fruit, sometimes a perfectly good-looking fruit could be spoiled/rotten from the inside for several reasons, including (but not limited to) adverse weather conditions, etc. In such a case, the recipient shall report such damage within 12 hours of receiving the package. Any complaint received after 12 hours of delivery of the package will not be valid.
If a recipient has received the package where –
More than 30% of the fruits are damaged/spoiled: We may, at our discretion, consider replacement of such damaged quantities of fruits only, along with the next Order.
More than 50% of the fruits are damaged/spoiled: We will send you a replacement box or refund the money as the case may be.
No Refunds will be given if a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the Customer (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address provided by the Customer) or if the Customer is not available to take delivery even though the courier company has made two mandated delivery attempts or if the Customer refuses delivery for any reason.

Refund for Broken Shipment:

Aamram Honey is packed in glass jars. Though the packaging is designed to withstand the rigours of transit, there can be cases of breaking or cracking of the glass jar. In such cases, the Customer must inform Aamram customer care with photographic evidence within 12 hours of receipt of the Order for a replacement claim, and we will arrange to ship a replacement on priority.

Please Note :

Fruit weight is always measured at the time of Harvest. 10-20% weight loss can occur due to moisture loss while ripening.
The refund will be initiated through the same payment gateway from where the payment was received. You will receive a message/email confirmation of the refund from our system. It may take 5 to 8 working days for your account to be credited with the refund amount.
