1. The User shall confirm their intent to order produce from Aamram by clicking on the ‘Place Order’ tab on the checkout page. Aamram shall constitute the act as an unconditional and irrevocable authorisation issued in favour of Aamram to book an order placed by the User.
2. The User must warrant that while placing an order, the details like contact number, delivery address, etc., are accurate and correct. By providing these details, the User expresses their acceptance of Aamram’s terms and conditions and privacy policies.
3. The User shall not resell produce purchased via Aamram.
4. The User shall be charged a delivery fee for the Order, which is separate from the item value. The amount will be made clear to the User and shall be categorised as “Delivery Charges.”
5. The price of products is subject to change without notice. The price may vary from order to order, which may be determined by multiple factors such as order value, demand during peak months, etc.
6. If you choose to visit the website, your visit and any dispute over privacy are subject to this Policy and the website’s terms of use. In addition to the foregoing, any disputes arising under this Policy are subject to Ramnagar jurisdiction.
